“I hope Jas isn't listening."

TODAY host Karl Stefanovic was left in stitches on Friday (Oct. 20) after Aussie producer FISHER dished out an X-rated joke during his appearance on the breakfast program.
FISHER (real name Paul Fisher) was being interviewed by Karl and co-host Sarah Abo on his epic performance in LA that showed Hollywood Boulevard shut down for 12 hours.
During the chat, Karl asked the muso to show him his signature vocalisation and tongue trick, saying, “I love your energy so much - can you do that funny sound you make?”
After the Losing It hitmaker obliged, Karl responded, “I can’t do that. I don’t have a very long tongue.”
FISHER then quipped: “I feel sorry for your woman, Karl, if you don’t have a long tongue,” sending the host into fits of laughter while co-host Sarah couldn’t hide her shock over the X-rated comment.
“I hope Jas isn't listening,” Sarah added in reference to Karl’s wife, Jasmine Yarbrough.

Attempting to cover up the cheeky innuendo for all the kids who may have tuned in that morning, Karl added, “He means, for the kids out there who are watching... in conversation, I'm not multilingual.”

The wild interview came following FISHER playing a six-hour set in Hollywood with fellow EDM legend Chris Lake the night before, which shut down Hollywood Boulevarde for the“first time in LA’s history”.
FISHER wrote on Instagram following the gig: “LAST NIGHT WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY !!!! THIS WILL BE ENGRAVED IN OUR MINDS FOREVER @chrislake@underconstructionpresents THANK YOU HOLLYWOOD THAT WAS SPECIAL !!!”
He also gave a shout-out to fellow Aussie Chris Hemsworth who appeared at the huge gig, saying, “THOR THANKS FOR THE WORDS OF WISDOM TO START THIS MAYHEM OFF @chrishemsworth 🤣❤️🤣”
Social media saw videos of fans going off at the once-in-a-lifetime gig, with many dressed as construction workers for the event’s theme Under Construction.
Their setlist included hits like Chris Lake's Turn Off The Lights, the 2023 dance-radio and club sensation Beggin (with Aluna), Deceiver, and FISHER's favourites including Take It Off (x AATIG), Atmosphere (ft. Kita Alexander), Yeah The Girls (ft. MERYLL), and more.
