First Batch Of Songs On 'Grand Theft Auto 6' Soundtrack Revealed

'Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album' arrives on the same day as the game - 19 November.

Grand Theft Auto VI, one of the most highly anticipated video games in recent history, finally arrives in November.

The video game follows the 2013 release of Grand Theft Auto V and marks the sixteenth entry in the overall franchise. The previous game featured tracks by Flying Lotus, Wavves, HEALTH, A$AP Rocky and many others, and with the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI, the musical diversity continues.

Rockstar Games announced that the game’s companion release, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, will be released on Thursday, 19 November – the game’s release date – and feature 34 songs.

Ahead of its release, the first six songs to appear on the game’s soundtrack have been announced, with a further 28 to be revealed at a later date.

The first six songs, already on streaming services, include a variety of contributors, from country sensations to rock legends, hip-hop stars, and more.

The confirmed tracks include Morgan Wallen’s Last Thing You Need, The Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards covering Jimmy Reed’s Bright Lights, Big City, Travis Scott’s RHYNO, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., and Etienne de Crécy’s collaboration Sexy Magic, Rauw Alejandro’s Macacoa 2000, and Yung Lean’s collaboration with Future and Metro Boomin, That’s It.

Grand Theft Auto VI is also available to pre-order ahead of its landing on Xbox and PlayStation 5. The game’s pre-loads arrive on Thursday, 12 November, with full gameplay launching the following week.
