First Acts Confirmed For Perth Comedy Festival 2016

Going from strength to strength, Perth Comedy Festival has unveiled the first artists from the 2016 bill, featuring headline performances from Matt Okine, Hannah Gadsby, Jimeoin and more.

Set to go down across a number of iconic Perth theatres among other venue – including, for the first time, hubs at Regal Theatre and Perth Town Hall - next year’s event will run from 22 April – 15 May, hosting local, national and international talent.

The first acts confirmed for the 2016 event are:

Akmal, Andrew Maxwell, Aunty Donna, The Biggest Comedy Show On Earth, Daniel Sloss, David O’Doherty, Frank Woodley, Hannah Gadsby, Jimeoin, Luisa Omielan, Matt Okine, Nazeem Hussain, Nick Cody, Paul Foot, Peter Helliar, Rhys Nicholson, Stephen K Amos, Steve Hughes, Tom Gleeson, Tommy Little, Tripod, The Umbilical Brothers.
