Final Chuck Berry Album Details Announced Following Music Legend's Death

First studio album since 1979.

Following the death of Chuck Berry last week, the details for the music icon's final LP and first album since 1979, Chuck, have been confirmed.

The record is to be released on 16 June and is comprised of ten new recordings, eight of which were written by Berry.

Recorded and produced in various studios around St Louis by the rock'n'roll legend himself, Chuck also includes guest performances from names such as Gary Clark Jr, Tom Morello, Nathaniel Rateliff and Berry's own grandson, Charles Berry III.

The first single from the forthcoming album, Big Boys, has also been released — check it out below.

Berry died of a reported cardiac arrest at his home on 18 March at the age of 90.
