Fat White Family Postpone Upcoming Shows Due To Coronavirus Risk

"There can be no gigs at this time!"

UK band Fat White Family have announced they are postponing all of their upcoming tour dates, including Australia, due to the risk of Coronavirus.

The Peckham-formed outfit confirmed the news on Facebook, saying that the postponement of some shows in China this March have resulted in more dates being called off "because it totally fucks up our routing".

Fat White Family were scheduled to perform throughout Australia's east coast this March, as well at the Farmer & The Owl festival in Wollongong. Promoters for the local tour have confirmed to The Music today that the concerts have been postponed.

"As I’m sure you can imagine we’re all pretty bummed about that, have never played most of those places and how often do you get a chance to hit Australia?!" the post reads.

"Our manager and booker and the other folks that give birth to these logistical miracles are working through the night searching for solutions."
