Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah has responded to Fall Out Boy fans on his twitter page over the weekend, revealing that the American emo/pop punk poster boys were well in line for an appearance on next year's Soundwave festival but won't be appearing after all.
A difference of opinion with regards to where they would sit on the bill is being blamed for the band's ensuing absence from the 2014 Soundwave line up, with Maddah revealing that the band wanted to be one of the three headline acts.
