With just over a week to go until the event, Fairgrounds Festival has just announced their food providers, featuring a number of local producers from the South Coast region.
The festival has introduced their very own Fairgrounds Garden Bar, which will be offering delectable gourmet plates made up of fresh produce from Kangaroo Valley Olives and An Australian Affair Oyster Bar. A range of boutique vendors including Bovine & Swine Barbeque Co, Mam Linh's Vietnamese Street Food, Creamly and Sweet Treats will also be available throughout the carnival, and the Village Markets scattered with delicious snacks of beef jerky, popcorn, homespun cakes and fresh doughnuts. You can also enjoy some of your favourite hot and cold beverages served by Allpress Coffee Caravan, Silos Estate, Young Henrys, That Vintage Caravan and Mumm Champagne.
