Beloved Family Friendly Festival Fairgrounds Announces 2022 Return And Dates

After a short stint out of the limelight due to the great pause, one of Australia's most beloved, family friendly music festivals Fairgrounds will return to Berry Showgrounds on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of November of this year.

Located less than 2 hours drive away from Sydney, the festival has become renowned for its balance of international artists and emerging talent in a laidback yet exciting environment. Returning for its 6th year, the festival acts as the perfect opportunity for music lovers to enjoy a summer soiree. 

The festival has rumoured a huge line-up announcement is coming soon and we believe them, having hosted the likes of Liam Gallagher, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Rodriguez, Billy Bragg, The Breeders, Courtney Barnett, Julia Jacklin, Sampa The Great, Gang Of Youths, The Shins, Aldous Harding, Father John Misty and countless more in the past. 

Returning fans of the festival can yet again be excited for a range of activities away from the music, including swims in the on-site pool, picnics on local produce, vintage vinyl stalls and dig through other pre-loved goodies. 

The festival also offers a range of activities for kids 12-and-under at their Little Fairgrounds facility, which is a mini-festival inside a festival jam packed with rides, entertainment and activities.

Fairgrounds offers onsite camping by way of Rivercamp, which is a picturesque camping site next to a tranquil river lined with luscious trees in the stunning South Coast countryside.

If you're staying offsite, the festival offers shuttle services to and from the festival during event hours to locations including Gerringong, Gerroa, Shoalhaven Heads and Nowra.
