Californian death metal stalwarts Exhumed have announced they'll release new album 'Necrocracy' later this year.
Scheduled for an August 6 release through Relapse Records, 'Necrocracy' follows the band's 2011 effort 'All Guts, No Glory'. "We're super pumped that 2013 will see the release of Necrocracy," says the band's frontman Matt Harvey. "We think it's our heaviest record to date and we can't wait to start playing the new tunes on the road. The album is a bit hookier and meatier than All Guts... and we hope all you maniacs enjoy it. You should find a few more tunes on this one to bang your head and get wasted to!"

The album was primarily recorded with Ryan Butler (Misery Index, Landmine Marathon, Phobia) at Arcane Digital Recording in Arizona, while drums were tracked with John Haddad (Hirax, Intronaut, Abysmal Dawn) at California's Trench Studios.
