EXCLUSIVE: The Trouble With Templeton’s New Track

Brisbane band The Trouble With Templeton – the project of one Thomas Calder – have recently unleashed their new single Like A Kid on radio. Now, theMusic.com.au has the exclusive online stream of the track!

A world away from the melodramatic indie of Six Months In A Cast, this is the second single from the band's forthcoming album, which is still be worked on with producer Matt Redlich but is expected for release in June this year.

Like A Kid sounds like the five-piece are using their full sound all of a sudden, but the chorus is classic Calder melody. It will be released Friday 8 March, but listen to it now here:

The band will be busy between now and the record's release, with headline shows in Los Angeles and New York and showcases at both the South By Southwest and Canadian Music Week.

It's not all about the North Americans though, the band will play a Brisbane farewell show at Black Bear Lodge Wednesday 6 March before more Australian dates are announced for April and May.
