“This year has been huge and 2020 is set to be our biggest yet.”

In an effort to strengthen its Australian footprint, Caroline has unveiled an expanded new team structure.

The move will assist in breaking artists in Australia, with current Caroline team member Ella Symons and new staff member Sam Cross both stepping into the newly-created role of Label Relations and Marketing Manager.

Joining Caroline in April of last year, Symons previously worked in marketing for some of the country’s biggest dance promoters including Totem Onelove and Hardware, while Cross makes the move from EMI Australia, where he served as Victorian Promotions Manager.

Meanwhile, Juliette Younger and Jodie Grinsted will continue in their roles as National Promotions Managers, based in Melbourne and Sydney respectively, while Claire Tate takes up the position of Label and Marketing Coordinator as Andrew Hajgato comes on board as Concord Australia Label Manager.

Hajgato will be based out of Caroline’s Melbourne office as the company continues to expand its reach across Australia.

“With longtime Caroline Australia champion George Dalziel moving to the UK office in an A&R role recently, it’s been a perfect time to take a minute and analyse where we’re at in this ever-changing landscape and super competitive label services space,” Caroline Australia General Manager Timothy Janes told The Music.

“This new structure I think bolsters our team. We’re incredibly proud of our current clutch of label and artist partners and what we’ve achieved in the past six years. I feel this current team is the best in the business to serve our partners and help break artists in this territory. This year has been huge and 2020 is set to be our biggest yet.”
