A look inside Abbe Ray's recording process

ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter Bertie Blackman will join Abbe May at the Less Auto/More Tune workshops taking place as part of ARIA Week this Friday.

Run by Studios 301 and MusicNSW, Blackman has been added as an additional vocalist for May's workshop where they'll demonstrate the recording process for the Karmageddon track. The duo will perform and track the song live in the studio.

The second workshop for the day will see 301's Anthony Garvin pick apart the mixing process on a track from Jagwar Ma's ARIA-nominated Howlin' album.

The free workshops, running from 12pm-2pm (Jagwar Ma) and 3pm-5pm (Abbe May) will take place at Studios 301 in Sydney's Alexandria Friday 29 November. To attend email competitions@musicnsw.com with your contact details and preferred workshop by Wednesday 27 November.
