Ex-Social Distortion drummer jailed after heroin overdose

Former Social Distortion drummer Casey Royer has been arrested after allegedly overdosing on heroin in front of his 12-year old son last week.

According to Rolling Stone online, Royer was watching television with his son when he overdosed in Orange County, California. His son sought help from neighbors, who called the police.  He was hospitalized after the incident, but was arrested today for heroin possession and one count of child endangerment. He is now being held on $120,000 bail.
