Managing Director of Warner Music Australia, Tony Harlow adds, “It is a thrill to get to work with such a wonderful label. I have been an admirer for many years, and all of us at Warner Australia are excited to be a part of a rich future of growth through great music."

Epitaph Records was formed in 1981 by Bad Religion guitarist and co-founder, Brett Gurewitz in Los Angeles, CA and is a world leader in the independent music industry. With over 60 million albums sold worldwide and a growing international roster of artists, this agreement comes as a natural progression in Epitaph’s commitment to providing worldwide distribution services. The new partnership will end a successful relationship with Australian distributor Shock Entertainment, who will continue to distribute Epitaph titles until the 1st of September, 2011. Dave Hansen recounts, “We have enjoyed a great partnership with Shock over the past 20 years and we wish them continued success”.
