Entries Open For 2019 SAM Awards

Set to return in a brand new location this year, the 2019 South Australian Music (SAM) Awards season is officially underway with entries opening today.

Winners will be announced later this year at Bonython Hall on the back of a new partnership with Music SA and the University of Adelaide, which Music SA CEO Lisa Bishop says is the perfect location for the ceremony. 

"With so many fantastic musicians to come out of the University of Adelaide, as well as an excellent music education program, this partnership stands to pay homage to the exceptional talent we have created here in South Australia," Bishop said.

"We are so pleased to be holding the SAM Awards at the beautiful Bonython Hall and we are looking forward to honouring our local artists and industry representatives."
