Energy post new song

Energy have posted a new song as a free download onto their Bandcamp page.

The song "Dead In Dreamland" is the band's latest track to be released, and can be downloaded for free here.

The band's front man Jason "Tank" Tankerley posted the following about the new song:

"Thanks to everyone for the feedback on "Dead In Dreamland". I've read mostly positive comments about the song, but some people seem to be a little thrown off by the drastic change of sound compared to our other material and weren't expecting this from us. So let me explain:

Just so that you guys know this isn't our "new sound", it's just one of many sounds we enjoy creating. To those of you familiar with with me & Mike's old side project "Children Of The Night", this song probably isn't that big of a surprise to you. Children Of The Night was always just Mike & myself, but since he joined the band we've felt the need to just integrate the 2 sounds together as one band to prevent confusion and not let what we feel are some of our best songs go to waste simply because they don't "sound like Energy".

I can also tell you right now that the next 3 singles we have lined up will sound nothing like "Dead In Dreamland", but others in the future probably will. It all just depends on the individual song so if you don't care for one song, hopefully you'll like the next one...thanks again!"
