The four-track digital EP was recorded by Chris Brownbill at Sun Distortion Studios before being mixed in the US by Ryan Schwabe.

In addition, the band have announced their two final shows before they disband. The 'No Bad Days' tour takes in a sold-out August 10 show at The Old Bar in Melbourne as part of The Smith Street Band's 'Don't Fuck With Our Dreams' launch, and a September 21 hometown show at Fat Louie's in Brisbane alongside Seahorse Divorce, Make More, Oslow and Ted Danson with Wolves.
