Loop-pedal king Ed Sheeran has sold out the Melbourne date of his recently announced gigantic stadium tour, and to combat the droves of people who missed out, has announced a second show at AAMI Park. 

Sheeran, who yesterday announced he would be bringing his friends Foy Vance, Passenger and Rudimental along for the tour, has quickly sold out 30,000 tickets for the Saturday, 5 December show. The new show will be held the following night, on Sunday, 6 December. 

Tickets for the new show will go on sale from 1pm AEST today.
