Dates to be announced.
Fans of Dream Theater will have to wait a little longer to catch them Down Under again, with the American prog metal legends today postponing their run of Aussie dates a second time.
The Boston-founded group, who were originally slated to visit this past April in celebration of their 2019-released record, Distance Over Time, and the 20th anniversary of acclaimed LP, Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From A Memory, will now make the trip in 2021 instead of the rescheduled November dates.
The shows will take place at the same venues with dates to be announced.
“Due to the current restrictions on international travel, Dream Theater's November 2020 tour is being rescheduled until 2021,” promoter MJR TEG said.
“MJR TEG & Dream Theater are working together to secure new dates at the current venues to minimise impact on customers while keeping original seating and tickets purchased in place.
“As a customer you are not required to do anything. The current tickets you have purchased will be valid for the new dates, so please hold onto them. In the case that you do require a refund please contact your original point of purchase."
