Dragon, Andy Bull And More To Play Annual Golden Stave Fundraising Gala

In its 37th year, the Golden Stave Foundation is gearing up for the annual dazzling Golden Stave Fundraiser this July at the Hordern Pavilion, featuring a slew of talent and an even bigger pool of music and entertainment industry supporters.

This year, the Foundation have slated in '70s sensations Dragon, boasting over a million albums sold and a tidy bunch of hits like This Time, Are You Old Enough and Still In Love.

Alt-pop singer Andy Bull, pop vocalist and Australian Idol-winner Shannon Noll, Golden Guitar-toting country music songstress Amber Lawrence and Effie will all be playing on the night too, the latter with a special dance routine called The Eff-Bomb in tow.

The Foundation have raised over $14 million for a number of children's charities in NSW over the past 36 years and are heavily supported by a number of companies and individuals in the entertainment industry. All funds raised at the gala head straight to charities to assist handicapped, sick and underprivileged children with medical education, computer equipment, clown doctors, musical instruments and music therapy.
