Dolly Parton Has Arrived On TikTok

In brilliant news for Dolly Parton, country music, and TikTok enthusiasts, the Jolene singer has joined the social media video platform.

Her first clip on TikTok is a montage of the greatest Dolly Parton videos with Nine To Five soundtracking the post. She captioned her first TikTok: "I have arrived!" with #heyitsdolly and #dollytok hashtags.

Another clip features fan-made tributes to Parton, which the singer collected and shared on her account. Parton has also shared a few baking videos with her song Berry Pie playing. Do you want to celebrate Christmas with Dolly Parton? Now you can!

Australia's inaugural Dolly Parton festival happened earlier this year. 

The Dolly Festival kicked off on Friday, 30 September, with a free screening of Gnomeo and Juliet at Payten Park, Narromine. On Saturday, 1 October, the jam-packed program included live music, street market stalls, family-friendly events and an over-18 evening festival. Celebrating the Queen of country music, the Dolly Parton festival put Narromine on the country music map.

From worldwide hits Jolene, Here You Come Again, Coat of Many Colors, I Will Always Love You and more, Praise Dolly will be a deep dive through the songs of one of the greatest icons of all time.

Performing two sets over two hours, the concert will delve into just some of the 110 charted singles (including 26 Billboard Country #1s) and 41 Top 10 country albums of Parton's remarkable multi-Platinum, multi-award-winning career – making this a must-see show!

In scaling the mountain that is Dolly Parton's immense repertoire, dual Helpmann Award-winner Esther Hannaford says:

Supporting Esther on tour will be the Fabulous Tennessee Mountain Home Band, a 10-piece band featuring the cream of Australia's musicians with musical director Mark Wilson from Jet.
