Docklands Announces New Comedy And Music Festival

Welcome to Docklands Arts & Laughs

Melbourne's Docklands has announced a new music and comedy festival, dubbed the Docklands Arts & Laughs Festival.

Taking place across Wednesday 3 to Sunday 7 October in its inaugural year, it will feature artists such as Lloyd Spiegel and Dream Boogie and comedians such as Dave Callan and Jeff Green.

The festival will take place across a number of venues, including Wonderland Spiegeltent, Harbour Town Hotel, Groove Train, Oscars Table, Berth and Medici. The five days will feature a number of performances and special events, while Sunday 7 will witness the Blues Festival Sunday, with live music as well as roving performers and markets.

The Blues Festival Sunday will feature Dream Boogie, Lloyd Spiegel, Magic Tony, The Drumming Monkeys, Catfish Voodoo, Lindy Jane & Snap Crocodile Club, Bluez Delux, Cold Snap, Stevie Paige, Youth & Blues and Dan Dinnen.

A comedy gala featuring Jeff Green, Dave Callan and Tom Siegert will take place Saturday 6 at the Spiegeltent. The full program is available here.
