Say hello to The Compound.
They say how you ring in the New Year is indicative of how the next 12 months will roll out, and for WA festival promoters Origin NYE, it seems 2017 will indeed be one massive dance party, as they unveil a new warehouse space/venue that will host some of the biggest and best names in the genre.
Although little information about The Compound has been revealed, it’s said to be located 10 minutes from the CBD and two opening parties have been confirmed, with the launch locked down for March 5 featuring Marshmello, Flux Pavilion and Feed Me, and Diplo confirmed for March 17 alongside Post Malone, Anna Lunoe and Nina Las Vegas.
These are the first two parties in a “series of warehouse events”, and the artists confirmed so far promise big things from the new endeavour.
