Interested in music, promotions and helping build a brand that hosts the biggest punk/alternative events across the country?

Office friends Destroy All Lines are looking for a new Event Manager to oversee New South Wales.

As the duties and official event description reads:

- Manage the creative direction of our events ensuring the content and promotion is creative, innovative and relevant. You will be given certain creative licence to guide the vision for the events.

- Manage a team of staff working to execute each event, ensuring all staff are motivated

- Ensure all event content including band lineups, music, promotions is of the highest quality

- Manage relationships with venues and venue management

- Manage budgets for each event

- Pro-actively engage in the development of new events

The applicant must have a deep understanding of the scene including the attitude and values of our people. The applicant must also have an understanding of operating in a structured environment; that is you must understand deadlines, budgeting and strategic planning. An ability to communicate effectively, reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
