Billboard's prestigious International Power Players list has been revealed which includes a string of Australia's music industry heavyweights.
The 2017 Amid Power 50 #1, Chairman & CEO Australia and New Zealand and President of Asia Sony Music, Denis Handlin AO, is featured in the Recording category of the list, as is Universal Music Asia Pacific President George Ash (#5 in the Power 50) and Mushroom Group Executive Chairman Michael Gudinski (#2 in the Power 50).
Also included in the Live category of the International Power Players list is Live Nation Chairman Michael Coppel (#4 in the Power 50), who was credited for promoting P!nk's upcoming Australian Beautiful Trauma tour which "sold out 40 arenas in a heartbeat".

Meanwhile, Kim Frankiewicz, executive VP of worldwide creative Concord Music, and Universal Music Publishing Group President of Australia and Asia Pacific, Andrew Jenkins, were credited in the Publishing category.
The list's Executive Of The Year was taken out by Ed Sheeran's manager, Stuart Camp.
