Dekmantel is returning this year with the return of its flagship Amsterdam festival.
For more than a decade the festival has championed artists at the forefront of electronic music and this year they go again, taking place from August 2nd to August 6th 2023.
The lineup features the likes of Shygirl, Gary Numan, Omar S, Blawan, Nala Sinephro, Stingray 313, Jeff Mills, Peach, Young Marco, Naone, Carista and many many more.
This year's Dekmantel is a, "forward-facing visions and bold new crossovers, and will unfold across a diverse array of ambient concerts, sonic explorations, high-energy DJ sets, radio broadcasts, panel discussions, film screenings and more," according to a press release.
The festival's settings will be familiar to previous attendees, with the first two days happening at venues alongside the IJ River, before moving to the tree-lined atmosphere of the Amsterdamse Bos for the following three days.

The festival promoters have promised a refreshed look and elevated feel to the festival for its 9th edition, emphasising colour and movement as well as reshaping how Dekmantel is presented online but also the design of the physical space.
On the Australian front, three of Australia's best have made the line up including Roza Terenzi, C.FRIM and Kia.
The festival will open on a Wednesday where techno icon Jeff Mills will headline a night of live concerts with a performance of Tomorrow Comes The Harvest which he composed with late Afrobeats legend Tony Allen. Thursday will see live concerts from Lucrecia Dalt, William Basinski, Nala Sinephro and Hudson Mohawke.
The full festival will then take into effect at the Amsterdamse Bos and will host live performances from Gary Numan, Cymande, Higher Intelligence Agency and more. Future-pop icon Shygirl will also make her debut at the festival, headlining a crop of more than 25 first timers at the festival including Avalon Emerson, Charlie Bones, Slim Soledad, DJ Koolt and more.
Pre-registration tickets for the Wednesday program as well as pre-registration weekend tickets (3-day or 4-day passes) will be available on January 26. Regular ticket sale (subject to availability) starts on January 27. You can pre-register here.
