Deerhunter, Cave, Jon Hopkins, Metz Play Slanted And Enchanted Festival

It's going to be a massive night in Perth.

More Deerhunter Deerhunter Profile

The forward-thinking-indie-music loving people of Perth should be pretty excited this afternoon as yet another event is hitting your city late this year, with Slanted and Enchanted bringing together a range of incredible acts for two big shows on Saturday 7 December.

While you may have been worried that you wouldn't get visits from some of the really great indie acts that are in Australia at the time, but the team at Life Is Noise have come through with the goods in a big way. It's a bit of a Choose Your Own Adventure kind of deal, with two venues hosting specific acts through the night.

At The Astor you'll have Deerhunter, Metz, Cave, Fabulous Diamonds, Perth and DJ Jamie Macdonald, while upstairs you can catch Sugarpuss, Runner, Cow Parade Cow, Mt Mountain and DJ Jane Azzopardi. This show will run from 6pm through til 11.40pm.

Over at The Bakery, on the other hand, you'll be treated to performances from the likes of Jon Hopkins, Le1f w/ Mess Kid, Kelpe, Mathas, Diger Rokwell, Rok Riley and Craig Hollywood. This show kicks off at 10pm.
