Deafheaven have premiered the opening track from their upcoming album. The new song, 'Dream House', is taken from Sunbather, due out on June 11 through Deathwish Inc.

Deafheaven have premiered the opening track from their upcoming album.


The new song, ‘Dream House’, is taken from Sunbather, due out on June 11 through Deathwish Inc.


"While the new material is more developed, we've strayed from what was previously a more melancholic approach," vocalist George Clarke says of the album.


"The black metal aspect to our music is prevalent in the new material, but I don't think it's necessarily the focus this time around."


Sunbather was recorded with producer Jack Shirley (Whirr, Joyce Manor), who worked with the band on their 2011 debut full length, Roads to Judah.
