Musicians to be inducted this November.
A slew of some of Australia's biggest and best musical talent have today been announced to be inducted into The Age Music Victoria Awards Hall Of Fame this November.
The event's ten year anniversary will see the likes of iconic rock band AC/DC and 'The Voice' of Australia John Farnham be inducted on Nov 15 at the Palais Theatre, while Farnham will also perform a headline show on the night.
The remaining eight music and industry figures who will be honoured at the concert event include Olivia Newton-John, Bill Armstrong, Archie Roach, Stan Rofe and The Seekers, while the Sunbury Festival and Palais Theatre will also be celebrated.
AC/DC guitarist Angus Young said of the induction announcement: “Victoria has a special place in our hearts, especially the early years of the band."

Meanwhile, Farnham was equally humbled by his inclusion: "I am extremely proud to be on this list. I am a proud Victorian, now I am even prouder".
Also scheduled to perform live on stage at the event include fellow inductee Archie Roach, Kate Ceberano, Brian Cadd, Mark Seymour and others with more to still be announced.
Tickets for The Age Music Victoria Awards go on sale from 9am this Friday and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.
