Australian electronic music duo Cosmo’s Midnight are embarking on a rare run of national tour dates this August – their first Australian run in several years.

The tour begins at Perth’s Milk Bar on Friday, 7 August. It continues with a hometown show at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Saturday, 8 August, Brisbane’s The Brightside on Friday, 14 August, and concludes at Melbourne’s Night Cat on Saturday, 15 August.

Pre-sale tickets will be available at 10 am local time on Thursday, 2 July – register here for access – followed by the general sale at 10 am local time on Friday, 3 July. You can find more ticketing information on the Astral People website.

Regarded as one of Australia’s most influential electronic acts, twin brothers Cosmo and Patrick Liney have continued to evolve their sound, combining electronic production with groove-oriented songwriting.

The duo have released three acclaimed albums under the Cosmo’s Midnight name: 2018’s What Comes Next, 2020’s ARIA-nominated Yesteryear, and 2024’s Stop Thinking, Start Feeling, their most recent album. From DIY beginnings to global takeover, the group has expanded their live show with rich instrumentation and deep, rhythmic complexity, all while maintaining their usual warmth.

Over the last twelve months, Cosmo’s Midnight have unveiled collaborations with artists across the electronic, soul, and pop genres, including HONNE, The Bamboos, and Warrior Queen, remaining in demand and versatile.

With this tour, fans are given a rare opportunity to witness Cosmo’s Midnight in action: in an immediate, intimate live setting.

Following their headline shows, the duo will head to Wollongong in October, performing at this year’s Yours & Owls Festival. The tour and their festival appearances arrive during an impressive time for the duo. Their latest single, 45, has received high rotation spins on triple j and has been nominated for Best Independent Electronic Single at the 2026 AIR Awards.
