The Prodigy's Keith Flint is confirmed to have died last week as a result of suicide.

As BBC reports, an inquest heard on Monday that a post-mortem has been completed, while toxicology reports are still to come.

"Police attended, all protocols were followed and his death was confirmed as not suspicious," Coroner's officer Lynsey Chaffe told the hearing.

A full hearing into Flint's death has been adjourned until 23 July.

The Prodigy were in Australia earlier this year for a tour in support of their recent No Tourists album, which saw them play arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Flint's bandmates, as well as fellow legendary acts including The Chemical Brothers and Foo Fighters, paid tribute to the artist following the news of his death.
