Coldplay Mark 20 Years Of ‘Parachutes’ With Special Vinyl Release

Coldplay will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their acclaimed debut album, Parachutes, with a very fitting release.

The British rockers have announced that they’ll be releasing a coloured vinyl (transparent yellow, to be exact) on November 20.

Upon its release in 2000, Parachutes reached #2 on the ARIA Albums chart and has since sold over 13 million copies worldwide, which isn’t surprising given it contained hits Yellow, Don’t Panic, Shiver, Trouble and more.

At the end of last year, Coldplay dropped their eighth studio album, Everyday Life, which hit #1 on the Aussie charts.
