Cold Chisel Announce Second Sydney Qantas Credit Union Arena Show

High ticket demand forces band to announce new show

More Cold Chisel Cold Chisel Profile

An unprecedented demand of tickets to Cold Chisel's Sydney performance this December has seen the iconic Australian band announce a second show.

As well as performing on December 18, the boys will also take to the stage for the Last Stand Of Sydney's Entertainment Centre shows at the Qantas Credit Union Arena on the night prior, December 17.

A final allocation of seats to the December 18 show still remain, however the public demand in the last 24 hours has caused Cold Chisel to announce a second show to give fair warning and equal access to tickets for fans.

Guitarist Ian Moss said of the quick ticket sales: "It's blown our minds, there are so many memories and emotions tied to our 'Last Stand' shows for all of us and it looks like a lot of fans feel the same way. We had to add another show, making this a two-night stand."

Band bassist Phil Small said the second show was announced to give all fans a chance to not miss out on the exclusive shows.

"We want to give everyone every chance to get the best tickets they can for these shows so that’s why we’re announcing this second show now."

Tickets for the second show go on sale this Friday at 10am through Ticketek.
