Clutch are returning to Australia for the first time in a decade in January 2027, today announcing an epic headline tour.

For over three decades, the American rockers have carved out a unique sound of their own, blending hard rock, blues, stoner rock and classic metal. Through energetic performances and a beloved catalogue, they’ve built a devoted fanbase.

Joining Clutch for their long-awaited return to Australia are special guests Corrosion of Conformity, performing in the country for the first time since 2020. Earlier this year, the latter band released their eleventh album, Good God / Baad Man, maintaining their relevance, power, and uncompromising nature.

Both bands also appear at Adelaide’s Froth & Fury Fest – Clutch headlining the event and playing in the state for the first time since Soundwave 2014.

The tour begins at Metropolis Fremantle on Saturday, 23 January. It continues at Brisbane’s Eatons Hill Hotel on Monday, 25 January, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Wednesday, 27 January, Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on Friday, 29 January, and concludes at Froth & Fury Fest on Saturday, 30 January.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday, 22 July, at 10 am local time, followed by the general sale on Thursday, 23 July, at 10 am local time. You can find more ticketing information on the Teamwrk Touring website.

According to a press release, by the time Clutch return to Australia, they’ll be promoting a new album. Their fourteenth album, the follow-up to 2022’s acclaimed Sunrise on Slaughter Beach, is on the way.
