Clipsal 500 Support Acts Announced

Nakatomi, Glass Skies and more.

Music SA has announced six local acts have been added to the Clipsal 500 Adelaide music line-up as part of the Bands On Track project.

Electro pop act Nakatomi and alternative rockers Cabin Cults will support Australian dance acts Peking Duk, Sneaky Sound System, Slumberjack, Benson and Keyes on Friday 4 March.

Noir alt-rockers Koral & The Goodbye Horses and psychedelic rock band Glass Skies will join Australian rock royalty Icehouse and The Church on Saturday 5 March.

Folk-blues band Wasted Wanderers and indie act Thom Lion & The Tamers will open for Rob Thomas, Pete Murray and The Black Sorrows feat. Vika & Linda Bull on Sunday 6 March.

There were 134 applications form acts vying for one of the six slots, so it's quite an achievement.
