Tickets for Chris Cornell's forthcoming solo acoustic tour of Australia this November and December only just went on sale this morning but already the Soundgarden/Audioslave frontman has added second shows in Brisbane and Melbourne to cope with the growing demand.

With tickets already sold out for Brisbane's first performance at the QPAC Concert Hall — and going quickly for Melbourne's initial showing at the Palais Theatre — Cornell has scheduled additional shows in both cities on Tuesday, 1 December, and Saturday, 5 December, respectively.

Cornell's solo acoustic tour of Australia also takes in shows in Adelaide (Festival Theatre, 7 December), Perth (Perth Concert Hall, 8 December) and Sydney (Sydney Opera House, 11-12 December).
