Network Ten's Digital Channel To Screen Golden Guitar Awards

Toyota have also signed on the major naming rights sponsor for the ceremony

Australia's longest running music awards concert, the Country Music Awards Of Australia, aka the Golden Guitars, will air on Network Ten's digital channel this February.

The awards announced the news today, along with the reveal that Toyota will be the event's naming rights sponsor.

The Golden Guitars have not been given an exact airdate yet, but will be screened on Eleven in  early Feb, not long after the awards are held — they take place on Saturday 24 January.

The nominees for the awards, which are about to celebrate their 43rd year, were announced recently, with Australian country mainstays Kasey Chambers, John Williamson, Adam Harvey and Keith Urban some of the names up for guitars. The ceremony takes place at Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre, towards of tail-end of the Toyota Country Music Festival Tamworth, which runs from Friday 16 to Sunday 25 January.
