They've got 'The L-Shaped Man' in tow

California punk outfit Ceremony have Australia in their sights this year, having released their fifth record, The L-Shaped Man, last May.

The five-piece's newest was inspired heavily by frontman Ross Farrar's recently painful break-up and feelings of isolation. But it's not all bad — the post-punk record celebrates sadness and pulling through to the other side too, one that sees the band on this sojourn back to Australia.

The band will bring themselves and The L-Shaped Man to Brisbane's The Brightside first and foremost on Saturday, 19 March, before heading to Sydney's Red Rattler on Sunday, 20 March, Wollongong's Rad Bar on Tuesday, 22 March, Melbourne's Bendigo Hotel on Thursday, 24 March and Adelaide's Enigma Bar on Saturday, 26 March.

The band so far released The Separation and The Understanding off the album — check it out below.
