Cedric Bixler Zavala talks solo album

A week after leaving the Mars Volta, Cedric Bixler Zavala has discussed his upcoming solo album in a series of tweets.

Killyourstereo.com reported last week that Bixler Zavala had departed the Mars Volta.

Subsequently, the musician provided the following tweets recently:

Just finished recording 3 extra songs for my record with Noah Georgeson. Gotta finish singing on them. Very excited by it.
