New changes for 2016.

Following a massive 2015, the Caroline Australia label has announced a number of changes and a brand new structure to the team.

While Tim Janes remains the company's General Manager, George Dalziel is taking on the role of Label Director/A & R after a near-three year stint as Caroline's Label Manager, where he will play a greater role in label relations and working with the label's artists.

Meanwhile, Rachel Jones-Williams will carry on as National Promotions Manager after joining the company in November and Tom McGenniss-Destro will take on the position of Label Assistant after contracting in 2015.

Janes said the restructure puts the team in a great position to grow the business.

"Via Caroline International and direct license deals this year we are lucky enough to be working artists the calibre of Iggy Pop, Highasakite, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Glass Animals, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Nightsweats and more," Janes said.

"Combined with the best clutch of independent labels we are proud to partner with via the Label Services side of our business including Cooking Vinyl, Spunk, Nuclear Blast, Concord and Loma Vista, we are set for a very busy 2016."
