CADA Launches Weekly Dance Music Show

The station will tap into the global world of dance music with its expertly curated hosts.

Western Sydney and youth focussed radio station CADA has announced a new dance music focussed show Footwerk which will launch this week. 

The show will air every Friday night from 8-10pm with a rotating roster of dance music legends from across the country.

According to the network "Footwerk is CADA’s club and dance music show & each week rotates between dancehall party anthems, Latin beats, reggaeton to bailie funk, all the essential club tracks & so much more."

The show will be hosted by Gold Fang from NLV Records who will showcase futuristic sounds and dancehall party anthems, DJ Sarah with underground four to the floor essential dance music, Munasib showcasing the best club tunes from around the world and Carolina Gasolina tapping into the worlds of Latin music, reggaeton, baile funk and so much more. 

Raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Gold Fang flies the flag for sounds of the Caribbean in Australian music. Across his discography Fang has become a stalwart in Australian rap meets dance music, showcasing his versatility, unique story and unmistakable vocals. Carolina Gasolina is one of Sydney's most loved DJs, performing at some of Australia's most notable festivals as well as behind the decks for some of Australia's favourite emerging artists. Munasib is a fierce up and comer in the world of selecting, the Australian born Bengali DJ acts as a representation of the changing of the guard in Australian dance music, reflecting the plurality of so called Australia's multiculturalism. Bringing it home is self renowned club baby DJ Sarah, who has hosted an array of DJ workshops for female identifying emerging DJs, has toured the globe as a part of IN2STELLAR and manages bubbling artists BIG WETT and Franko Gonzo.
