Bruce Dickinson, frontman for iconic British metallers Iron Maiden has reportedly turned down an offer to fill a role on the judging panel of UK talent show 'The Voice'.
The news comes after similar reports speculated that Behemoth vocalist/guitarist Adam 'Nergal' Darski was sounded out as a member of the Polish version of the aforementioned show.
In a move that will seemingly endear Dickinson further to metalheads, the Iron Maiden singer was vocal in his unfavourable views of the talent program.
"That show sounds so crap and demeaning to everyone involved, I took great delight in turning the BBC down. The X Factor is appalling enough, it's no better than Opportunity Knocks," Dickinson told UK's The Sun.
