Brisbane Multicultural Arts Centre Announces New Additions To 2016 Season

Coming this February and March.

The Brisbane Multicultural Arts Centre has already kicked off its 2016 season this January, however three new additions have been added to take place this February and March. 

Newly-announced act Digging Roots will perform under the iconic Story Bridge in Brisbane’s Kangaroo Point on 19 February, where the Canadian duo will be supported by songwriter Troy Brady and CKNU.

Meanwhile to coincide with the inaugural QLD Women's Week, the Singout Sista Development Program has been announced to take place from 7-11 March, which will feature a week-long suite of events to celebrate diverse female artists through performances, panels, developmental workshops and more.

Finally, the Singout Sista! Women Of The World concert is to take place on 11 March which will feature some of Queensland's finest female artists on stage together including Roz Pappalardo, Meldoy Jettoo, Ruth Ghee, Toni Janke, Jackie Marshall and Sudha Manian.
