More Briggs More Briggs

It seems that Briggs is taking over Aussie TV and to be honest, we're not upset about it.

Not only did the rapper appear across two different networks last night, he appeared on two of the most watched programs.

First was his appearance on Channel Nine's State Of Origin NRL coverage at 7.30pm, where he performed two tracks as part of the game's pre-match entertainment (accompanied by Frenzal Rhomb's Lindsay McDougall on guitar). The coverage was the second highest rating program of the evening, according to TV Tonight, and drew in a whopping 1,187,000 viewers.

Next was the rapper's usual segment on ABC's The Weekly at 8.30pm, where he did a breakdown of Advance Australia Fair. The program drew in 486,000 viewers, which sees it down from last week's 605,000 viewers.

The result is still considerable though, as it was up against the State Of Origin match which drew in 2,178,000 viewers and scored the title of most watched prime time show of 2019 show far.
