"This is her 'Queening' moment. Queen of what?"

It seems some people just don't get it. For the second time this year, hip hop artist Briggs has once again found himself calling out blackface after a WA mum posted proudly to Facebook about her "parenting win", having painted her son for his book week parade.

The mother — who apparently ignored warnings to stay away from blackface — dressed up her child as AFL player and West Coast Eagles star Nic Naitanui, stating "I was a little worried about painting him. (So many politically correct extremists these days) … I grew a set of balls and painted my boy brown and he looked fanfuckingtastic.

"After being told by everyone on Facebook not to do it and it's a horrible idea etc, my son won the fucking parade!!!" she wrote happily.

Briggs took to his Facebook to comment stating, "This was such an obviously reckless, racist thing to do - I thought it was a set up. This mother has acknowledged what she was doing was wrong but decided she was going to 'grow some balls' and do it anyway with complete disregard to whoever she was going to offend.

Replying to conflicting comments on his post, Briggs continued to explain why blackface has and always will be unacceptable by pointing out "arguments [that] are invalid", such as "But what about the movie 'White Chicks'" and "You're creating the divide".

Naitanui himself has commented on the woman's viral post, stating, "I've encouraged this mistake in the past but I'm now educated of its origins."

"The young bloods innocence merely attempting to emulate his hero hurts my heart. Especially when that hero is me! … I don't believe the mother had any intention to cause harm, just wanted her kid to simple be "Nic Nat" however may reflect on this and choose an alternate method next time."
