The drummer from Boston’s pop punk band Boys Like Girls was arrested last week for breaking and entering into a vehicle.
John Keefe was arrested outside his home after having a dispute with his neighbour about the noise of a cleaning van parked outside his building.
Police were told that the drummer opened the van several times and turned off the carpet cleaning equipment that was powered by a loud generator.
Keefe has been released without bail after pleading innocent and is due back in court in December
