Boots Electric unveils new song

Jesse Hughes, best known for his frontman duties with Eagles of Death Metal has released a new song from his solo side-project, Boots Electric.

Entitled, 'Boots Electric Theme', the track features Brody Dalle (Spinnerette, ex- The Distillers).

Boots Electric signed with Los Angeles based label, Dangerbird Records back in April, with Dangerbird CEO and Co-Founder Jeff Castelaz saying the following at the time:

“I’ve been lucky enough to manage Eagles of Death Metal for the past few years…In that time, I’ve witnessed the raw power and beauty that is embodied in Mr Jesse Hughes. Seeing him coax the Boots Electric genie out of the bottle has been incredible. I can’t wait for this album to be unleashed on the world."

Debut studio album 'Honkey Kong' is reportedly due for release on September 20th.
