The Yearly Outback Wonders Instrumental Experience, also known as YOWIE!, has finally dropped their full line-up for the 2024 iteration.
The three day family-friendly outback festival, set to take place in Kilkivan from October 25 to 28, will be headlined by Bootleg Rascal, Bradamon Band, and Bullhorn. The rest of the line-up is filled with Queensland’s finest, ranging from Brixton Alley, to Kurilpa Reach, to Nana’s Pie. Other highlights include CeeJay Love, Dillion James, Boys At The Back, Cosmic Honey, Paddy McHugh, and many more. You can find the full line-up below.
YOWIE! is based at Kilkivan Bush Camp, around a 2 hour 45 minute drive north from Brisbane. The festival itself is centred around more than just music, boasting a range of wellness and arts activities, such as yoga, meditation, live art performances, ice baths, open mic sessions, markets, and rejuvenation massages. There will be, of course, a bar and food available. And, in keeping with the family-friendly theme, kids activities, a pool, and multiple playgroups will be up for use.
According to organisers, the 2024 festival is set to be the greatest so far: “This year’s YOWIE is shaping up to be our biggest and best yet, with an eclectic mix of artists ready to deliver an unparalleled musical journey. Whether you’re into rock, blues, reggae, or acoustic vibes, our lineup has it all.”
Last year’s YOWIE! went off with a bang, led by Renegade Funk, Mat McHugh Trio, and Jack Botts.
