Although the band has been rumoured to be playing the Big Day Out for the last few years now, it appears that Channel V presenter Danny Clayton has accidently leaked that Blink-182 will be a part of the 2011 line up.
Clayton posted last night on his twitter account:
“Blink 182 are playing at Big Day Out. This is going to be the best BDO since 2000.”
Which hours later was followed by “...turns out i wasn't suppose to mention anything about Blink 182. Let's forget this ever happened", "Oh dear. You know when you read about those "Leaks" in the media. Turns out that's what i am" and “Oh dear. I'm in trouble.”
The official announcement for the festival is set to drop on September 28, but stay tuned for any other news regarding the festival.
