Celebrating fitness with free entertainment and giveaways, the Bike & Life Festival is taking place at Barkly Square on 10 April.
Whatever kind of cyclist you consider yourself (training wheels, Matt Hoffman, lycra fiend, Tour De France hopeful) there'll plenty happening to get involved in.
There's craft bike workshops with Kitiya Palaskas, where you can learn the finer points of wheel weaving and basket decoration, free morning spin classes to get your heart pumping, bike servicing, pop-up stalls and DJs.
There's even a book swap for the 0-12 demographic.
